Two different perspectives. One shared belief: businesses deserve a clearer, more practical way to grow.

Why Matchbook exists

There has to be
a more useful way.

More posts. Another campaign. A new brand direction. It’s easy for marketing to become a list of things to do.

We believe the better starting point is the business itself: what you’re building, who you’re reaching, and what’s getting in the way.

Matchbook brings strategic and creative thinking together, then connects that thinking to work you can actually use.

Megan

I’m Megan, co-founder of Matchbook Collective. I uncover opportunities in your business that you may not know are already there.

That might be a new revenue stream, a partnership you haven’t considered, or a different approach to your marketing, advertising or sales. I’m an exceptional relationship builder, and I love figuring out how the right connection or idea can open up something new for a business.

What makes my experience different? Range.

I’ve spent 15 years working across creative agencies, corporate broadcast and digital media, with experience spanning healthcare, automotive, legal, major retailers and Fortune 500 companies. I’ve built sales infrastructure from the ground up, managed millions of dollars in advertising spend, and worked with brands including Carter’s, Shutterfly, HelloFresh, DoorDash, Rent the Runway, Enfamil and Similac.

That work has included opening a new channel for Foot Locker—finding a revenue opportunity beyond what was already in place. I bring that same curiosity and experience to finding opportunities in your business.

My experience gives me a lot of places to look when we’re figuring out your next move. I can dig into your sales process, look at how your operations shape the customer experience, and connect that with your branding, marketing and advertising. That means thinking about how you acquire new customers, keep existing clients, build loyalty and create an experience people want to come back to.

Maybe business has been stagnant and you need new clients. Maybe your brand no longer reflects what you’ve built. Maybe you have a big event coming up and need people to know about it. If you’re thinking about growth, there’s a good chance I can help you find a direction—and figure out what to do next.

I love that people can have a vision for their business and their future, dream big, and take a chance on themselves. Those are the people I want to work with: big dreamers who are willing to look at things differently. I want to hear what you’re building, understand where you want it to go, and uncover the opportunities that can help you get there.

Heather

Hi! I’m Heather — a creative at heart with a love for anything that has to do with style - whether it be within fashion, interior design, branding, and aesthetic. I’m a proud West Coast girl, originally from San Diego, CA who loves working out, health and wellness, creating content, reading, exploring new places, and traveling. I moved up to LA in my 20s to pursue all the “LA” things from attempting to become an actress (of course!) to serving at a bar in Hollywood to interning for Entertainment Tonight to becoming a Stylist at Nordstrom taking clients all throughout Southern California. I’ve also lived in Scottsdale, AZ where I had to the opportunity to work for Restoration Hardware assisting designers with product deliveries and installations in the home. Now living in Chattanooga, TN I get to live a little bit of the “soft life” on the countryside with my husband which also meant that it was the perfect time to do my own thing and start a business! I’ve also always loved being a part of the luxury world and elevating the client experience which is what my vision for The Matchbook Collective is, and I can’t wait to bring this vision into businesses locally and beyond!

With all my experiences, I have come to learn how important it is to create connection and serve others. I believe that first impressions and presentation is everything which is why I feel branding is so important when it comes to a business. Using my creativity to turn ideas into something people can actually see, feel, and connect with is something I value and I hope people see the value in that as well.

For me, Matchbook grew from the idea that the best brands aren’t just beautiful — they have personality, purpose, and a spark that makes people remember them. I enjoy getting to know the people behind a business, figuring out what makes their idea special, and helping bring that vision to life in a way that feels completely their own. You know how people have a signature look? I want to create that “signature look” for your business.

Whether I’m dreaming up a brand concept, planning content, or finding the little details that pull everything together, I thrive when my creativity, ideas, and vision meet. I love seeing ideas and visions come to life and Matchbook is my way of turning that passion into something that helps other people feel just as excited about their brand as they did when the idea first began. Now let’s match and create something special together!
